Return, Refund & Replacement Policy – Bling On Decor®
At Bling On Decor®, every product is thoughtfully handcrafted by skilled artisans. Many of our items are individually made, customized, personalized, or created in limited quantities, making each piece unique.
Because of the handmade and often personalized nature of our products, we maintain a strict No Return & No Refund Policy except in the limited circumstances described below.
By placing an order on developer.blingondecor.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
1. General Policy
Unless specifically stated otherwise, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

These products are individually handcrafted or made to order and therefore cannot be restocked or resold.
2. Eligible Return Category
The following category may be eligible for return or replacement, subject to inspection and approval:
- Generic printed paintings (non-customized, standard stock items)
To qualify, the product must:
- Be unused.
- Be in its original condition.
- Include all original packaging and accessories.
- Be returned within 7 days of delivery (or the period you choose to offer).
- Not be damaged due to customer handling or misuse.
Approval is at the sole discretion of Bling On Decor® after inspection.
3. Personalized & Custom Orders
Because personalized and custom-made products are created specifically according to customer instructions, they cannot be cancelled, returned, exchanged, or refunded once production has begun.
Examples include:
- Name customization
- Initials
- Dates
- Personalized messages
- Custom colors
- Uploaded photographs
- Logo incorporation
- Custom artwork
- Special sizing
- Bespoke design requests
Please review all personalization details carefully before placing your order.
4. Handmade Product Variations
Each handmade product is unique. Minor variations are a natural part of handcrafted work and are not considered defects.
Examples include:
- Slight color differences.
- Resin flow patterns.
- Air bubbles typical of handcrafted resin.
- Natural wood grain differences.
- Floral placement variations.
- Minor texture differences.
- Brushstroke variations.
- Handmade finishing characteristics.
These features contribute to the uniqueness of each item.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive:
- A product damaged during transit.
- An incorrect product.
- A product with a manufacturing defect.
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us investigate, please provide:
- Order Number
- Clear photographs of the product
- Photographs of the packaging
- Unboxing video (recommended)
- Description of the issue
If the issue is verified, we may, at our discretion:
- Replace the product.
- Repair the product where feasible.
- Offer another appropriate resolution.
We do not guarantee refunds in these situations.
6. Replacement Conditions
Replacement requests may be declined where:
- The issue is reported after the stated reporting period.
- The product has been used.
- The product has been altered.
- Damage occurred after delivery due to improper handling or storage.
- Adequate evidence is not provided.
- The issue relates only to natural handmade variations.
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders may only be cancelled before production or dispatch begins.
Once production has started, custom or handmade orders cannot be cancelled.
8. Refund Policy
Refunds are generally not offered.
If a refund is approved under exceptional circumstances, it will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period after approval.
Shipping charges, payment gateway fees, taxes, and other applicable deductions may not be refundable where permitted by law.

10. Return Shipping
Where a return is approved, customers may be responsible for securely packaging and shipping the product back to us unless the return is due to our verified error or a manufacturing defect.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service.
